Your Genetic Data is Sacred

At DecodeGenome, we take the privacy of your genetic information extremely seriously.

What We Collect

• Your DNA raw data file (uploaded by you, from any testing service)

• Email address (for order delivery)

• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card number)

How We Process Your Data

• Your genome file is analyzed by our automated pipeline

• Analysis happens on our own servers — your data is never sent to third parties

• No human ever sees your raw genome data

• Results are generated automatically and delivered to you

Data Retention

• Raw genome files: Permanently deleted within 1 hour of analysis completion

• Generated reports: Available for download for 365 days, then deleted

• Account data: Retained until you request deletion

What We Do NOT Do

• Store your genome data after processing

• Share your data with third parties

• Sell genetic information

• Use your data for research without explicit consent

• Create genetic profiles or databases from customer data
