What Our Service Is

  • Educational analysis of your raw DNA data from any supported testing service

  • Lifestyle optimization suggestions based on published genetic research

  • Drug metabolism information based on pharmacogenomic databases

  • Carrier status information from clinical variant databases

Supported Formats

We accept raw data exports from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, FamilyTreeDNA, Living DNA, and VCF files from whole genome sequencing providers.

Limitations to Understand

  • Genetic variants have different effects across populations

  • Not all variants are equally well-studied

  • Science evolves — recommendations may change

  • Data quality depends on your original testing service

  • Our analysis covers known variants only, not your full genome

What You Should Do

Refund Policy

If your report contains errors or your file could not be processed, contact support@decodegenome.com for a re-analysis or refund. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds for successfully delivered reports are handled on a case-by-case basis.
